"I would give a lower review if I could. I am a State Farm Policy holder and Barb Murray is my agent. Another State Farm customer hit my vehicle and admitted fault. When State Farm corporate accepted my claim but refused to cooperate, I called Barb for assistance during business hours, I had to leave a voicemail. I received a call from a staff member several business days later asking me what the problem was, and was unable to answer my questions and promised a call that never happened. Multiple calls for help, and multiple calls with State Farm, and multiple calls to Barb with no return call. State Farm accepted the claim but contradicted themselves in writing (total/not total lease extended/not extended), but no one would talk to me. I am Patrick Shifley, a long term State Fam policy holder with one car claim. My car was damaged by a State Farm driver who admitted fault. No one would help me or even call me back when I called in. Barb will take your money and not help you, State Farm is terrible, and will not help their policy holders. Just go somewhere else."
